Does anyone else feel like the community response to Michael Blevins' death felt different compared to other cases in Selma? I went to school in the area, and from the stories I've heard, Michael was one of those genuinely kind-hearted people who always treated others with respect. It breaks my heart thinking about how much his family must be suffering. I remember seeing the vigils and the sense of unity among residents, all rallying for justice. It felt like everyone knew him, or knew of him, and wanted to pitch in however they could. With so many unanswered questions lingering, it’s frustrating that no real leads or updates have emerged. I often wonder, does the community pressure really help in these situations? I hope it keeps awareness alive and, eventually, leads to some weight being lifted off his family’s shoulders.
Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the unsolved case of Michael Blevins, and something that's been on my mind is the environment at Minter Terrace Apartments. From what I've gathered, there seems to be quite a bit of history with incidents in that area. Does anyone else feel like there might be bigger issues at play here that could have contributed to what happened?
I can't imagine what Michael's family is continuing to go through, not knowing who is responsible or why. It's so important that we keep discussing these cases so they aren’t forgotten. Hopefully, with time, someone will come forward or new evidence will surface. My heart goes out to everyone affected, and I truly hope justice is found.
