Hey everyone, I stumbled upon something while researching Alan Wayne Soper's case that hasn't been discussed a lot. I find it interesting that his personal belongings, including a wallet with a significant amount of cash, were found nearly three years after he vanished in Needles, California. What's puzzling is why that money was still in the wallet. If robbery wasn’t the motive, could it suggest someone wanted to make it look like he just wandered off into the desert? It's so strange because you’d think someone with ill intentions might take the money and dump the rest. This certainly adds another layer to the mystery of what really happened to Alan. It makes me wonder if whoever harmed him knew him or if it was a random encounter. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
