I've been thinking a lot about the lockdown at Marshall Medical Center North right after the tragic shooting of David Isaiah Ellis. It's so unsettling to imagine what the hospital staff, patients, and visitors were going through at that moment. Lockdowns can be terrifying, not knowing if the danger is inside or outside. I can only imagine the fear and confusion. My heart goes out to David's family and friends during this unfathomably difficult time. Let's hope the authorities provide some answers soon, so there can be some semblance of peace or closure. It's important for the community to come together and support all those who have been affected by this tragedy.
