I've been following the tragic case of Tommie Small and can’t stop thinking about how this reflects the bigger issue of rising violence in Montgomery. While we focus on finding justice for Tommie, it's hard not to think about how many other families are affected by similar violence in our community. I remember reading about community meetings discussing potential solutions, but it seems like things are just getting worse. Does anyone know if there have been any recent changes or initiatives to address this in Montgomery? It’s so concerning that people like Tommie, who was described as hardworking and well-liked, can fall victim to such senseless acts. My heart goes out to his family and everyone else who’s feeling the impact of this terrible loss.
