I’ve been looking into the case of Jason D. Rolle and Rachel Rhodes, and I can't shake the idea that something might have been missed at Stump Beach. Tide conditions are crucial when examining the likelihood of being swept out to sea. I wonder, has anyone considered checking records for tide heights and surf conditions on February 1, 1998? Sometimes strong currents can pull someone under, but if tides were unusually high or there was a rip current warning that day, it might lend more credence to the theory of them being swept out. It’s a small detail, but it could be significant in understanding what really happened to them. Any local surfers or residents remember that weekend specifically?

Hey everyone, I’ve been delving into the Jason D. Rolle and Rachel Rhodes case, and I stumbled upon something that got me pondering—Jason’s academic background and how passionate he was about pursuing a career in medical research. It's absolutely intriguing that a guy so focused on his future and making a difference in the world would just vanish without a trace. It makes me wonder if they could possibly have had plans beyond just a casual day at the beach. Is it possible they met someone connected to his studies that day? Or perhaps, with Rachel also being a nursing student, was there a broader academic connection we’re missing? Not saying something sinister happened connected to their studies, but it just seems strange that two bright students on the brink of significant life changes would just disappear so suddenly. Anyone have any thoughts on whether their academic pursuits could have played a role in this? Seems like an angle worth considering. Let me know what you think!
