Has anyone else noticed the timing issues in the Francis Brian Reilly case? The Charley Project summary says he’s believed to have died on the same day he disappeared, but there’s no explanation listed that supports this. Meanwhile, his obituary confirms family acceptance of his death, yet he’s still classified as missing in some databases. This inconsistency is driving me nuts. Why would his death be accepted by some outlets but not by official state records? I get that sometimes the databases take time to reflect new info, but it's been quite a while. Could there be more to the story than what’s being reported? Maybe some procedural mix-up or perhaps there's something more unknown going on here? Curious to know what you all think.
Has anyone else noticed how strange the timing inconsistency in Francis Brian Reilly’s case is? The Charley Project says it's believed he died on the day he disappeared, but there’s no physical evidence of that. Why would there be such a specific belief about the date if there's so little information? It's hard to wrap my mind around how they can be so sure about his fate without having found him. Could this suggest they might have more info they're not sharing publicly? Anyone have any insights or similar cases where a date of death was presumed before recovery?
