I've been following the tragic case of Jabriel Willis and something that's been on my mind is the background of the suspects involved. It’s shocking to realize how young Kendarius Streeter is—only sixteen. It makes me wonder about what led him down this path at such a young age. I can't help but feel for both families here, because while nothing can compare to the loss Jabriel’s family is experiencing, another family is facing the reality that their young son is accused of something so serious. There's often so much talk about justice, but I believe it's equally important to talk about prevention. What can be done to ensure that young teens like Kendarius get the guidance they need before it's too late? It's a tough subject for sure, but one I'd love to hear more thoughts on. Sending strength to Jabriel's loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
