Does anyone have any insight into how the El Paso mental health organization might have been able to assist Barry during his brief time there? Given his struggles with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, I'm curious about what support systems might have been in place for him, especially considering the gap in communication afterward. Was it common for someone in his situation to receive intermittent care without more sustained contact? I feel like understanding these services might give some hint as to what could have happened to him after 2010. Could some members on here familiar with the workings of mental health organizations provide some insight?
