I've been reading up on Albert O’Leary’s case, and what's really sticking with me is how his truck ended up in the Angeles National Forest. I mean, that is quite the drive from North Hollywood, and I've been wondering - did he make that trip himself, or did someone else drive it there? It's just so strange. The forest is dense and expansive, and while I know it's a spot people go to get away for a bit, it seems like a random place to end up. Also, has there been any confirmation if the truck was in working condition when it was found? I'm curious if it could give any clues as to why that's where it was left.

Does anyone else find it odd that Albert O’Leary's truck was found in the Angeles National Forest a full week after he disappeared? That spot is quite a drive from North Hollywood, especially during the late hours of night. Did he have any connections to that area, or was it just a random place for him? I’m curious if the truck showed any signs of being there for a while, like dirt or overgrown grass around the tires. Was it parked in a way that made sense or did it seem abandoned in a hurry? It makes me wonder if someone else drove it there or if Albert might have purposefully intended to go that way. Would love to hear if anyone else has any insights on local knowledge of that forest area back in the '80s!
