I can't believe another tragedy has struck so close to home. The details surrounding Jamel Pendleton's murder have been rattling around my mind non-stop. Something that really stood out to me was how even in his final moments, Jamel had the presence of mind to tell his family to lock the door. It just shows how much he cared about their safety despite being in such a dire situation himself. I've heard so many positive things about Jamel's character from people who knew him well. It's utterly devastating that someone who gave so much to others had to experience something so horrific. I'm also really curious about the unspent 9mm cartridge found at the scene. Does anyone else think this could suggest a jammed gun, or maybe even a message being sent? It's so unnerving when there seem to be more questions than answers, but I'm hopeful we'll learn more soon. I just want justice for Jamel and some peace for his family and friends. If anyone out there knows or saw something, coming forward could make all the difference. The community is standing with his loved ones, and we’re here to support them in any way we can.
