Does anyone else find it odd that despite Jose Daniel Montenegro’s distinctive tattoos, there haven’t been any confirmed sightings or leads that have come out? Tattoos like "Evelia" and "Thug Life" are pretty noticeable, especially if he’s in a situation where he couldn’t cover them up easily. I've been following this case since it first came across the local news, and it seems like these kinds of identifiers could really help if someone were keeping an eye out for them. I wonder if the authorities have done any targeted outreach to tattoo shops or parlors, or if there's been any effort to circulate these descriptions in places where tattoo artists frequent. It feels like a potential opportunity to gather some leads or jog someone's memory. Thoughts?
