Has anyone looked into whether Raymond Miner might have had plans to leave voluntarily? I know it's a sensitive subject, but sometimes people choose to start over, and with such few details out, it's hard not to consider all possibilities. I'm curious if there were any reports from friends or family about him wanting a fresh start or if he had ties to other places outside of Santa Rosa. It just feels like maybe there's a lead there that hasn't been fully explored.
