Hey everyone, I was digging around for updates on Jose Eduardo Menjivar Palma's case and thought I'd share something I've been pondering. Since he's only known to speak Spanish, I wonder if language barriers are making it even harder to get any leads. San Diego is a pretty diverse place, but if he possibly approached someone for help and couldn't make himself understood, he may have ended up in a situation where he's not getting the assistance he needs. It’s crucial for local law enforcement and the community to keep that in mind when searching or if they think they might’ve seen him. Language shouldn't be a barrier to getting home safely. Anyone else think this could be a factor?
