I can't stop thinking about the impact this tragedy has had on Darryl Moffett's family and friends. It’s been over a year, and there seems to be little progress in the case. Every time I drive down Church Street, I think of the night that changed everything. It feels like there's a heavy cloud hanging over this part of Prichard. I read Darryl's obituary a while back, and it was clear he was deeply loved by those who knew him. It's gut-wrenching to see families go through this without answers or justice. The community has such a vital role to play in helping solve cases like these, and I truly hope someone with information finds the courage to speak up. For those of you who are local to the area, do you feel like there's enough being done to keep this case in the public eye? It can be so easy for these cases to get forgotten with time, but Darryl and his loved ones deserve closure. Forever hoping for justice and peace for his family.
