I recently stumbled upon a mention of John Howard Mackirdy in one of my old true crime magazines, and it got me curious about his disappearance. What's particularly intriguing is that his case doesn't seem to have gotten much attention over the decades. Has anyone ever dug into any more details about the man he was supposed to meet for dinner? It’s been bugging me that the identity of this individual has remained a mystery. Could he have been someone from the Folsom Street scene? It seems like there might be a lot of untold connections there. If anyone’s come across any old articles or has theories about this aspect of John's case, I’d love to hear more!
