Hi everyone, I've been following the case about Alexis Thomas, and something that stands out to me is the impact on the community, especially given how small Camden is. It seems like everyone knew Alexis, and the funeral services at First Baptist Church must have been incredibly emotional for those who attended. I read that she was really involved in the community and had a lot of friends who adored her. I can't imagine how her family is coping with this immense void in their lives. It also makes me think about the role community support plays in helping families through such traumatic events. It's comforting to know that even in such dark times, communities can come together to support and rally around those who are grieving. My thoughts are with everyone who knew and loved Alexis. ? Has anyone heard more about how the community is doing now, months after her passing? Stay safe, everyone.

Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Alexis Danielle Thomas, which has been weighing heavily on my mind. I can’t stop thinking about how her community came together to honor her memory when she was laid to rest on July 15, 2023, at First Baptist Church. It’s always moving to see how people rally around each other in times of tragedy. From the stories shared in her obituary, it seems Alexis was deeply loved and made a real impact on those around her. I can only imagine how incredibly difficult these months have been for her friends and family. As the legal proceedings move forward with Tyrese Dortch, I hope they find some measure of peace and justice. Does anyone else have thoughts or tributes they’d like to share about Alexis? Sending my love to all affected by this.
