Hi everyone, I was reading through some old posts about Joshua Noyal Layton's disappearance and something caught my attention. I’m curious about the fact that there seems to be a lack of public records or surveillance footage from the day he went missing. Given how many places have cameras nowadays, I find it puzzling that nothing has surfaced. Was it a particularly quiet area, or could there be more footage that hasn’t been released to the public? It's just odd that in Sacramento, of all places, there isn’t more to go on. Maybe someone remembers something about that day that could help fill in the gaps? Thinking of him and his family and hoping some clarity comes soon.
