Did anyone else come across the detail about John’s Eagle Scout background? I find it intriguing because it highlights his commitment and leadership skills, which are traits that could be quite significant when considering his behavior after his disappearance. I mean, reaching the rank of Eagle Scout doesn't just happen. It takes years of dedication and the ability to plan and think through various projects and challenges.
Given that, does anyone think his scouting background could have influenced any plans he might have had after July 12, 2015? Do you think he could have been capable of surviving in an unfamiliar environment or had the skills to navigate difficult situations? These traits might also shed some light on his mindset during his last days. It’s just a thought, but it makes me wonder if there's any possibility that he tried to disappear intentionally for a specific reason or if his skills could have played a role in whatever happened.
I've been following John's case and something that puzzles me is the location where his car and bike were found. It just seems so out of the ordinary. The Golden Gate Bridge is quite a drive from Davis, and it makes me wonder if there's any connection to San Francisco or if he had any friends or plans there. Given his involvement in politics and consulting, could there be any work-related ties that brought him out there? Or did he have a favorite spot in that area? It might help us understand his state of mind or intentions around the time he went missing. If anyone has more insights or connections to San Francisco, it could be a piece of the puzzle we're missing. Thoughts?
