Has anyone else noticed the silence around CCTV footage in Cecil's case? With Magee Street being close to a school, you'd think there would definitely be security cameras in the area. Maybe even around local businesses or streetlights nearby? It's been a year, and it feels like we're missing something crucial in the investigation. I can't imagine how devastating it must be for the family to feel like things are stalled. If anyone on here knows if the police are reviewing or have access to any footage, that might be a game-changer. Cecil deserves justice, and his family need answers, not this endless waiting. ? #JusticeForCecil
I was thinking about Cecil Felix Jackson Jr.'s case today and wondering how on earth this has gone unsolved for so long. It’s gut-wrenching to think about what his family must still be going through, especially with the holidays coming up. I keep reflecting on how little communication there seems to have been between the Prichard PD and the family. This is something no family should have to face alone. If anyone in the community has any kind of information, no matter how small it might seem, it could be the missing piece in the puzzle. The fact that they held his visitation service at Holmes Street Missionary Baptist Church just shows how deeply rooted he was in the local community. It makes it all the more frustrating that this senseless crime remains unsolved, despite all the love and support that surrounds his memory. For everyone involved, I truly hope this isn’t one of those cases that just fades from public memory without resolution. Keeping Cecil's family in my thoughts, and hoping that justice finds its way to them soon.
