I’ve been following the Cory Evans case and just can’t wrap my head around the whole situation. Cory’s family must be going through so much pain right now. I can't imagine how hard it is to lose someone in such a senseless act of violence. It’s also unsettling to learn that Sharon Denise Vallare, someone who was likely known to Cory, ended up being arrested alongside Alfred Johnson. What could possibly have led to both of them getting involved in this tragedy? It just goes to show how little we sometimes know about what’s happening beneath the surface in our own communities.
