I just came across the news about Joseph Collins, and it’s incredibly upsetting. While we're trying to piece together what might have led to this senseless tragedy, I can't help but think about the impact on his family and community. As an 18-year-old, Joseph had his whole life ahead of him, and now a family is left to grieve their unimaginable loss and search for justice. The fact that Malcolm Derr was caught so far away in Pennsylvania adds another layer to this case. Why was he there? Was he trying to escape, or is there more to the story we don't know yet? The authorities are being pretty tight-lipped about the motive, which makes me think there's something significant they're still unravelling. I just hope for the sake of Joseph’s family that they find answers soon. Keeping them in my thoughts during this difficult time, and hoping the community can rally around them with support.
