I'm really disturbed by the circumstances of DaShaun Bonner's tragic passing. From what I understand, he and his cousin went back to the Academy Sports + Outdoors to check on security footage after their car was broken into. It's eerily unsettling that during such an ordinary task, DaShaun was senselessly gunned down. It just makes me wonder—was this a random act of violence, or maybe something more targeted?
DaShaun was a young father with so much ahead of him, and my heart goes out to his kids and family, especially with his birthday just around the corner. I'm hoping the Mobile Police Department can make some progress soon and give this grieving family the justice and closure they need. It’s tough to see someone who seemed so loved in his community taken away like this. If anyone hears any updates or knows more about whether there's been any movement in the investigation, please share.

I keep thinking about the timing of when DaShaun Bonner and his cousin went to review the security footage.
