Has anyone looked into the local tattoo parlors? I'm curious if Osvaldo might have gotten any new ink around the time of his disappearance. Given the distinct tattoos he already has, a fresh one could stand out and might have caught someone's attention. Sometimes people chat while getting tattoos, and maybe he mentioned some plans or a destination. If anyone has connections in the Fresno tattoo scene, it could be worth asking around. Local artists might remember the "Leo" tattoo or the "100 percent" and have info that could help locate him. Just a thought!
