I've been following this case and I can't stop thinking about Ashley's children. Losing a parent in such a traumatic way is unimaginable, and it's hard to know what the future holds for them without their mom. Ashley seemed like an incredible person, so dedicated to helping others in her job. It just feels so unfair that someone who took care of others with such compassion was taken away so violently. I truly hope the community continues to rally around her kids and gives them the support they need. If anyone's been involved with the GoFundMe or knows how else the community is supporting them, please share. Let’s do what we can to help Ashley's family through this nightmare.
I've been following the case of Ashley Marie Leonard, and my heart goes out to her family, especially her three kids. It's so hard to wrap my head around how someone so dedicated to helping others could be taken away in such a violent manner. I read that she was truly cherished at the Cherokee County Health & Rehab Center. It's clear that she made a huge impact on both her patients and colleagues.
I noticed that there's a significant community effort in supporting Ashleys' children, with the GoFundMe campaign gaining traction. It's truly inspiring to see people coming together during such a difficult time. It speaks volumes about the kind of person Ashley must have been, to have so much love and support rallying around her kids.
If anyone has information on how else we can lend support, please share. Also, I hope the legal process surrounding Damien Michael Bailey's charges brings some form of justice to Ashley and her family. She deserved so much more than this.
