Has anyone else found it odd that Carol's son was the one who disposed of her belongings so soon after she went missing? I mean, I know everyone handles these situations differently, but getting rid of everything without more answers about what happened doesn't sit right with me. Especially considering that he didn't even report her missing—that was left to her employer. Could just be nothing, but it's definitely a strange part of the case that hasn't been talked about enough. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
I've been following Carol Jean Freeberg's case and something really doesn't sit right with me about her son disposing of her belongings so soon after she went missing. Isn’t it a bit strange that he wasn't the one to report her missing in the first place? I mean, you'd think that if you’re living with someone and they suddenly vanish, you'd be the first to notice and alert the authorities, right?
Also, since she has epilepsy, one would expect her family to be more concerned if she’s not around to take care of herself. I can’t help but feel that this points to something strange going on. I know we don’t have all the details, but the whole situation raises so many questions. What do you all think? Could there be more to her son's actions than we know?
