I was scrolling through updates on missing persons cases and came across the one about Huaiyu and Binyu Chin. Something that really struck me was the age-progressed images that NCMEC released. It’s fascinating, yet sad, to see how technology can give us a glimpse of who they might look like now. I wonder how these images affect ongoing searches. Do people really rely on them when trying to spot missing kids? I hope these tools make a difference in the search for Huaiyu and Binyu. It's been so long, but I'm still holding out hope that these images help get someone to come forward with new information. Anyone on here with experience on how accurate these age progressions are in real life?
Has anyone else been following the Chin boys' case? I was just re-reading some old articles, and something struck me as odd. Authorities suspect Foong Lian Chin may have taken Huaiyu and Binyu to Tijuana, yet I haven't seen much emphasis on the boys' potential support system there. I mean, even if he owns property in Tijuana, wouldn't he still need help from someone to lay low for this long? Considering the kids' age, they might be in school or daycare, which could be a place where someone might recognize them. Has anyone heard of any local outreach in Tijuana or collaboration with Mexican authorities to keep an eye out at schools or medical facilities? Just seems like a crucial angle that could provide leads! Thoughts?
