Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Binyu and Huaiyu Chin, and something just occurred to me that I've been ruminating over. With Foong Chin having properties in Tijuana and the possibility of him fleeing to Singapore, does anyone else find it odd how meticulously planned this all seems? I mean, getting a passport photo of one of the kids beforehand speaks to some level of premeditation, right? Knowing that there's a history of threats and domestic violence, I can’t help but wonder why there wasn’t tighter supervision or some intervention before it got to this point. San Diego being so close to the border, it feels like tougher safeguards should have been in place during the visitations. Am I totally off base here, or did the system seriously drop the ball by letting him have unsupervised access in the first place? Curious to hear what others think about this aspect.

Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Chin brothers' case and came across something that seemed really odd to me. I read that Foong Chin had taken one of the boys to get a passport photo without the mother's knowledge. From what I understand, this happened months before they went missing. It makes me wonder how much planning went into this whole situation. Does anyone know how common it is for non-custodial parents to take steps like this without the other parent knowing? It seems like a huge red flag that something was up, especially with his history. If anyone has dealt with similar circumstances or knows what signs to look out for, I’d love to hear your thoughts. I can't help but think that if the authorities had been alerted sooner, maybe things might have been different. Hopefully, someone will come forward with information about Foong’s whereabouts or where the boys might be. It’s been so long, but there’s always hope.
