Has anyone come across any info on Elizabeth Joy Birgen's connection to the Red Caboose Bar? I read that was the last place she was seen. It seems odd that she'd have been dropped off at the K-Mart parking lot afterward. Does anyone know if she frequented the Red Caboose often or if she had friends or acquaintances there? It might help paint a picture of what she was doing that night. The timeline and how she got from the bar to the K-Mart are crucial. Hoping the community can piece together more of her last known movements.
