I've been following the Steven Joseph Andre case closely, and I'm really curious about the Reno, Nevada lead. It's puzzling to me why someone would begin an SSI application and then not follow through with it. This makes me wonder if he might have been in a transient state or facing some sort of crisis. Also, why choose Reno out of all places? It would be interesting to hear from locals there if they ever spotted him around or knew of someone matching his description around that time. It's these loose ends that make cases like these so challenging and haunting. Anyone here with insight into how these cross-state investigations work? Maybe there's more of a trail to follow in Reno than we realize.
