Hey everyone! I've been following Joseph Patrick Varvel's case and something that puzzles me is this: Why would he leave his Bible and eyeglasses behind if he planned to go anywhere? You'd think those are essentials, right? I mean, his vision might not be great without the glasses, not to mention the personal significance a Bible might have. It's almost as if he didn’t intend to be gone for long or something unexpected happened. I hope more details come to light because this particular detail seems odd to me. What do you guys think? Could these missing items point to something specific about his departure?
Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about Joseph Patrick Varvel's case, and something that's been on my mind is the fact that he took his Bible and eyeglasses with him. It seems kind of significant, you know? If he was planning on coming back home, wouldn't it have made more sense to leave those items behind if he was just going out briefly? It makes me wonder if he had plans to go somewhere or meet someone that night and wanted to have his Bible with him for some reason, maybe for comfort or guidance. It's such a strange detail and makes me think that whatever happened, he might have left voluntarily at least initially. Not sure how it all fits together, but this detail just keeps sticking with me. Would love to hear what others think!
