Anyone here who's familiar with the Anchorage area, specifically around the 300 block of East 15th Avenue? I’m trying to piece together some info about the neighborhood where Kevin Brian Douglas Lane was last seen. Was this place known to have a lot of foot traffic or possibly any surveillance cameras around in early 2019? I feel like any small detail about the area's activity could potentially help jog someone’s memory. It's baffling that Kevin didn’t reach out, especially around his birthday. Having local insights could be crucial. Appreciate any input!
Has anyone else come across information about the area around the 300 block of East 15th Avenue where Kevin Brian Douglas Lane was last seen? I've been trying to piece together a better picture of the neighborhood's dynamics at the time of his disappearance. Was it known for any specific activities or issues? Anchorage can be a bit unpredictable in certain parts, and I’m curious if there were any relevant events going on around January 3, 2019, that might offer a clue. It's just odd to me how someone could go missing in a relatively populated area. Any insights or local knowledge would be greatly appreciated!
