Has anyone else noticed the lack of updates on Latoya Salazar’s case? It’s been months since she first went missing in January, and it seems like the news has gone quiet. I know her family and community have been very active on social media trying to spread the word, but it feels like the momentum has dwindled a bit. It's troubling how little information has been made public since she vanished. There’s this eerie silence that seems to happen with many cases involving Indigenous women, not just in Yakima but across Washington state. It's like they're being forgotten by the system. Does anyone here think this could be related to the wider issue we’re seeing in Yakima County? It’s frustrating and scary to see so many go missing, and yet it appears as if nothing is being done. I hope the authorities are considering all possible angles and not just treating this as another statistic. If anyone has info or theories, let’s keep this discussion going. Maybe we can do something to keep her case in the public eye!
