Has anyone considered looking into the areas around local campgrounds or rest stops for Victor? Since he was living out of his vehicle, it seems likely that he might have parked his SUV somewhere that's not too crowded. A 2004 Lexus RX330 is pretty distinctive, especially with that color combo. It's possible he was trying to stay under the radar, and these places usually offer some level of anonymity. If there's anyone in the area who frequently visits places like that, it might be worth taking a closer look or even passing out flyers with his and his vehicle's description. I know it's been a while since his last contact, but anything helps at this point. Let's hope someone spots something soon.
