I came across an interesting point regarding Luke's disappearance that I hadn't seen discussed much in other posts. It's the time gap from when he was last seen to when the report was filed. Luke was last spotted around 10:30 AM, but the missing person report didn't go through until 9:39 PM. I understand families often wait, hoping the person will come back, but that's over 11 hours. I wonder if there were searches conducted in that time or any significant reason for the delay? Does anyone have insight on how the process typically works in such cases in Alaska? Maybe local circumstances or weather conditions played a part? Just feel like every tidbit matters when trying to piece together where he might be.
