Has anyone else been keeping up with Joshua Ty-Nell Ceasar's case? I came across his info the other day, and the thing that caught my attention was the lack of details about the circumstances of his disappearance. It's been almost two years, and there hasn't been any new information. Does anyone have any insight about what might've been going on in the 77077 area around the time he went missing? It's frustrating how little we know. Any locals here from that area who might be able to share what it's like, or if they've noticed anything unusual around that time? Every little bit might help.
