Just came across Gerald Steven Osterkamp's case, and I'm puzzled by his move from the care facility. Does anyone have any info on the circumstances that led to him being placed there in the first place? It seems like there's a gap in understanding why someone might walk away from a place meant to ensure their well-being. I mean, was it something about the facility itself, or was Gerald potentially dealing with other personal issues that made leaving seem like the only option? If anyone has experience with similar situations, I'd appreciate your insights. There’s so much we don’t know, and it might help us piece together why he felt the need to leave.
