Gerald Steven Osterkamp, a 64-year-old Caucasian male, was last seen in Los Angeles, California, on July 16, 2021. At the time of his disappearance, he was believed to be unhoused and had been placed in a care facility. Osterkamp left the facility and did not return, and his family has not had any contact with him since that day. The Los Angeles Police Department's Adult Missing Persons Unit is handling the investigation, and a report was filed on August 12, 2021.
