Does anyone have information on Stephen Hilla's connections in the USVI? I’ve been following his case and noticed he used to hang around the Mont Pellier and Mont Pleasant East areas quite a bit. For someone originally from New Jersey, I wonder if he had any local friends or associates there. Any insight? It might help piece together his movements or intentions before he went missing. Maybe it's nothing, but sometimes those smallest details can make a difference. If you know anything or have theories, please share. Can someone shed some light on the Mont Pellier neighborhood in Christiansted? I’m trying to understand the area where Stephen Hilla was last seen.
