I can’t stop thinking about Craig Berumen’s last moments and the sheer willpower he must have had to drive from the hotel to the McDonald’s parking lot after being shot. It’s chilling to imagine what he might have gone through in those final minutes, trying desperately to escape and survive. It’s a harsh reminder of the brutality involved in this case and how dangerous a world the underground drug scene can be. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones; the loss they’ve endured is unimaginable. The fact that three people have been indicted is a step towards justice, but it’s hard to find solace when we consider everything they’ve been through. I’m interested in following how the trials for Shanigan, Gordon, and Diaz unfold. This case stays with you and makes you hope for a safer world where scenes like this don’t play out so senselessly. Thoughts?

I’ve been following Craig Berumen II’s case and can't stop thinking about how he must have felt during those last moments. The fact that he managed to jump out of a hotel window after being shot, get into a vehicle, and drive away shows such a will to live. It’s so painful to imagine the fear and desperation he must have experienced. My thoughts are with his family and friends as they navigate through the aftermath of losing someone in such a violent and senseless manner. It’s devastating that drugs could lead to such a horrific event and completely shatter the lives of those involved and those left behind. It’s a small relief that the authorities have made progress in holding the individuals accountable, but it can never truly make up for the loss. I sincerely hope justice is served and that Craig’s loved ones find some peace through the legal processes. Stay strong.

Does anyone else find it chilling how Craig's final moments played out? It’s really haunting to imagine someone jumping out of a hotel window in an attempt to escape such a terrifying situation. It's as if in those last moments, survival instinct kicked in and he was trying so desperately to find safety. The fact that he managed to get into a car and drive even a short distance speaks volumes about his will to live. It's so sad to think about his family and friends dealing with the loss of someone who died in such a frightening way. I hope justice will be served for those responsible, but I also hope Craig’s loved ones can find some peace. This whole case just leaves me with a heavy heart.
