Hey everyone, I've been following Austin Walls' case and something really stuck with me about the Facebook message his mom received. It's odd, don’t you think, that the message first appeared to be from Austin but then switched to Spanish with a totally different person? I've seen speculation around potential foul play, but what if there’s more to this? Was Austin possibly in a situation where he needed to reach out quickly, and this construction worker was genuinely trying to help him out? The fact that he seemed disoriented worries me, and makes me wonder if there's more about his mental state during the trip that hasn't come to light yet. Anyway, I hope the Knox County Sheriff’s Office digs into this lead with the guy from the Bronx. Maybe reaching out to local shelters or hospitals could give us some insight or sightings of Austin! Thoughts?

Has anyone else noticed the strange twist with the Facebook Messenger message? The fact that Austin's mom got a message from his account, but then it was some random guy replying in Spanish, is just beyond odd. I find it suspicious that the message was from her son's account at first. It's possible Austin might have been using someone's phone when he accessed his account to send that message. Still, it worries me how he supposedly was robbed and seemed confused—just doesn't add up. If that construction worker's account is true, I wonder why Austin didn't just get on a bus or go to the police immediately after being robbed. Does anyone know if the Knox County Sheriff's Office is investigating this lead thoroughly? It just seems super important to locate where this interaction happened in the Bronx.
