Does anyone else find it incredibly troubling that Malachi Maxon was on pre-trial electronic monitoring for a previous domestic violence charge when this horrific event happened? It seems like there was a history of violence and yet he was released from jail just a week before these tragic murders. I can't help but wonder if this was a failure in the justice system that cost Kimora and her children their lives. My heart truly goes out to the surviving child and the rest of their family. It makes me question if there were any warning signs or red flags that were overlooked. It’s hard to wrap my head around such a senseless act. What do you all think about how the monitoring system is supposed to work and whether it failed in this case?
