Does anyone have thoughts on why the other occupant in the camper wasn't harmed during the shooting? It's alarming to think that multiple gunshots were fired from outside, yet only one person was tragically killed. Could it be that Kelsey was the intended target? If so, what might the motive have been? My heart really goes out to Kelsey’s family and friends; it must be unimaginably difficult to deal with this loss while still looking for answers. If anyone's heard any rumors or has theories, I'd be interested to hear them. This case has been on my mind, and I hope the troopers find those responsible soon.
