I can't stop thinking about the little moments leading up to this tragedy involving Anee and her son Kai. My heart goes out to their family and friends. It's so important to remember that behind these sad headlines, there were lives with stories and connections. I wonder if there were any signs or moments in the days leading up to this that friends or family might have noticed. Sometimes, people can be amazingly good at masking their inner struggles, and it makes you realize the importance of reaching out and checking on your loved ones—even when they seem okay. I truly hope Anee and Kai are at peace now, and that their family and friends find strength and support during this painful time. It's moments like this that remind us how vital mental health awareness and support are in our communities.
