Hey everyone, I’ve been looking into the case of Mario Antonio Rivas and something that's been really sticking out to me is the gap between his last in-person sighting in 2016 and the entry of his case into the federal missing persons system in 2025. That’s nearly a nine-year gap. It makes me wonder if there might have been any red tape or communication issues that contributed to the delay. It's honestly unsettling to think about how crucial early years could've potentially held key information that's now lost. Anyone else have thoughts or insights on why there might have been such a delay in officially recording his case? Or if there are similar cases where such a delay happened? Feels like an important piece to dig into.
