In cases like this, where specific identifying marks are known, it makes me think about whether there should be more local outreach in places where Gary might have frequented, especially given the visibility of his tattoos if he was wearing shorts. I mean, in Florida's climate, it's not uncommon for people to walk around in shorts nearly year-round, right?
