Has anyone else thought about how multilingual Iuliu Mihai Lazar is and if that might actually help in finding him? West Hollywood is pretty diverse, with people from all over the world, so maybe he ended up talking to someone in Romanian, Russian, or even Hungarian who doesn’t realize he’s gone missing. It’s a long shot, but maybe someone who talked to him in these languages could help establish his whereabouts or give clues about where he might have gone. It’s crucial to share his description and the fact that he speaks multiple languages, not just English, with community groups that might bridge cultural and linguistic gaps. Maybe reaching out to local Eastern European communities could help too; they might have seen him or heard something useful. If you're in the area, maybe remind people to keep an eye out for someone who might be comfortable switching between different languages. Just a thought.
I'm really concerned about Iuliu Mihai Lazar’s case. Does anyone have thoughts on why there's been so little media coverage? For someone like him, who presumably doesn't have access to a car, movement would've been limited, right? I know West Hollywood has a large population of Eastern Europeans—it makes me wonder if he might have connected with someone who speaks his language. Maybe we should expand awareness within these communities? Sharing the NamUs link with their local social groups might be helpful. Hoping for any small clue to help bring him back home safely.
