Has anyone looked into the weather conditions on the day of Patrick Knudsen’s disappearance on Shasta Lake? I know weather can change pretty quickly out there. Even on seemingly calm days, sudden gusts of wind or choppy water could cause a vessel collision. Wondering if this played a role in the accident or hampered recovery efforts. I haven’t seen much discussion on this angle, but it might offer more insight into what happened out there. Can any locals share what the lake is typically like around early July?
