Has anyone looked into the weather conditions around September 13, 2009, when Omar was last seen? Extreme weather could have played a role in his disappearance. I know Florida is notorious for sudden storms, and I'm curious if there was anything around that date that might've been a factor. It's worth considering how someone living without shelter might have been affected. Also, if he was traveling, maybe the weather forced him to change his usual routes. Anyone have resources or ideas on how to check historical weather for specific dates and locations?

Does anyone have information on Omar and his connections to local shelters in Florida, especially around the time he went missing? I've been trying to piece together his last known movements. I know the transient community often looks out for each other, sharing resources and advice on where to find help. If Omar had a routine or preferred areas he frequented, it might give us clues. Did he have any acquaintances among the shelter staff or other regulars? Any insight could be helpful for understanding where he might have been last seen or what his plans could have been. It's always tough when a person who is used to being on the move goes missing because the usual indicators aren't there, but perhaps someone in the community noticed something.
