Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about the neighbors who must have heard or seen something on that awful night. Living in West Blocton, everyone seems to know each other or at least recognize faces. I can't imagine what it must be like for someone who might have been as close as just across the street on Greentree Drive when this tragedy unfolded. Even if you weren't directly involved, the impact of such a traumatic event happening so close to home can linger for a long time. Does anyone know if there are any community support groups or gatherings happening locally to help residents process this? I feel like the entire community could really benefit from coming together, not just for healing, but also to support Kelse and the children’s surviving family members. It’s devastating to think of the ripple effect this has on everyone who lived near them. My heart goes out to all those struggling to come to terms with what happened. Stay strong, West Blocton. - JustAnotherSleuth70

I can't stop thinking about how this unimaginable tragedy happened just on a regular summer evening. I didn't know Kelse or the children personally, but living in a small town like West Blocton, it feels like we all knew them in some way. This could have been anyone's family, and that's what's so terrifying and sad. I'm wondering, has anyone else noticed a change in community events or gatherings to honor their memories? I heard there's been a vigil planned, but I haven’t seen much about it online. It’s heartwarming to see how people want to support each other, especially the relatives who must be completely devastated. If anyone has info on how we can help or show our support, please do share. We need to come together for these little angels and Kelse.

Has anyone else been following the community’s reaction in West Blocton? The way everyone is coming together to support the families of Kelse and those innocent children is really moving to see. I've read about several vigils that have taken place, and it seems like the whole town is in mourning. I can't even begin to imagine the pain that Kelse's and the Daniels’ families are feeling right now. It’s just so difficult to grasp how something like this could happen in such a close-knit community. If there’s any silver lining, it’s seeing people rally around one another, offering whatever support they can. Have there been any more updates about how the families are coping? It's just so hard to wrap my mind around it all.
