Has anyone else considered the possibility of Riccardo's equipment failure on the glacier? I've been reading a lot about the risks involved in glacier trekking, and one thing that stands out is the importance of having the right gear. Even a small malfunction or oversight could have dire consequences, especially when dealing with something as unpredictable as a glacier. I wonder if there were any indications that his equipment was compromised beforehand or if it was a sudden malfunction. Has anyone heard anything about the state of his gear before he went missing? Just trying to piece together what might have happened that day.
